At a moment of aware of deficite, a need aroused. Saying in other words, when ther is a hole in the web-space, it should be filled up.

Very often somebody asks a question
  -Why do they not yet invent such a site?
or
  -Aren’t there a better variant of this site?

All the time when we ask some of these two questions, the answer is one and the same
  -We can do this better!!

We present you holes in the web-based area that we have found and decided to fill in, or rooms to which we made an overhaul.
